With the main shaft being the sole rotating component, there's no need for frequent adjustments. This pivotal shaft operates on Ball/Roller bearings and houses fixed or swinging type hammers. Controlling the fineness of the end products is made effortless through the replaceable screens situated at the lower section of the disintegrator body. These screens, customizable to desired mesh sizes, can be easily interchanged.
To combat anticipated wear and abrasion, all susceptible areas of the body are fortified with replaceable hard alloy liners. Additionally, the adjustable screen enhances versatility. The grinding process, achieved by the impact of hammers against the body's liners, facilitates the passage of products through screens, ensuring the desired fineness.
This is a ground discharge machine and a simple mechanics. Feed Hopper at the top and screen at bottom, with high speed rotating hammers in between, leads to particle size reduction of the raw material.
