Shri Krishna Disintegrator

Description

Shri Krishna Disintegrators are well designed hammer mills of simple and sturdy construction. They are ideally suited where coarse grinding of soft and medium hard minerals products is required. The main shaft is the only revolving parts, which require no adjustment. This main shaft runs on Ball/Roller bearings and it contains fix/swing type hammers. The fineness of the finished products is controlled by the replaceable screens fitted on the lower of the disintegrator body. The screens of desire mesh can be easily changed. All portions of the body where wear and abrasion is expected are lined with replaceable hard alloy liners. The screen is adjustable.

The grinding (disintegration) is achieved by the impact of hammers against the liner fitted in the body; and the fine products passes through the screens of desired fineness.

Range of Sizes

Shri Krishna’ Disintegrators is available in Eight Sizes of different production capacities and power consumption.

Beaters

The beaters are of steel alloy forged and heat treated. Their tips are coated with hard alloy.

Screens

There are two kinds of screens
(1) Steel Screens: having steel bars welded in steel frame for heavy work.
(2) Perforated steel Plate screens: held in M.S. iron frame suitable to fibrous materials and light work.

Selection of Machine

It should be noted that for finer and of average heavy work, the medium Size disintegrator is more suitable. The larger sizes are more suitable for coarse grinding.

It is better to install coarse screen and shift in rotary shifter afterwards (if necessary) to separate fine mesh powder. Extremely fine screens. If used, continuously, restrict the out – put, hence they should be avoided.

The disintegrator are supplied & fitted with one set of hammers and one pair of screens fitted in the machine.

Capacity of "Shri Krishna Disintegrators"

Given below is the capacity of the disintegrator size 22”. It should be taken only as average because the capacity depends much on the nature, conditions of the materials and also on the horse power available to the machine. Capacity varies in proportion to the width of the opening of screen. Thus with a 1/64” screen width, it is half that of 1/32” opening and with 1/8” opening it is about four time that of 1/32”.
